Picture this scenario:

A close relative, perhaps a sibling, tells you a secret, and asks you not to tell the parents. So, you keep the secret, even though it’s something you think the parents should know, but feel your sibling should tell them. Then your sibling tells your parents, and tells them you knew the whole time! Was it right to keep the secret…or just tell to get it all out?

Have you had a problem keeping a secret from another family member?

Christina Applegate is happy to say she's cancer free, she said after she got her breast cancer diagnosis earlier this month, she decided to have a double mastectomy, and she'll undergo reconstructive surgery over the next eight months.

"I just wanted to get rid of it," she explained. "So this was the choice I made and it was a tough one." Applegate's cancer was discovered early thanks to a doctor ordered MRI and now she plans to start a program to help women with high risk for breast cancer pay for MRIs, which isn't always covered by insurance.

Ryan Seacrest is everywhere these days, and he believes his American Idol colleague Simon Cowell is jealous of that.

"If anything in my life is positive in terms of business, Simon actually feels a pain in his stomach or his side," said the very humble Ryan.

"If we're in a restaurant Simon will actually get up and walk outside. He doesn't want to hear it. He does not want to be around if a good phone call comes in."

Jennifer Lopez was on Good Morning America Monday to discuss training for the Malibu triathlon and according to MSNBC, she was a bit upset that everyone was more interested in eight-time Beijing gold medalist Michael Phelps.

According to a GMA source, "she couldn’t understand why everyone is talking about that swimmer. She couldn’t come up with Phelps' name, and then she yammered on about how she was the one training for a triathlon just six months after giving birth, and how that was the big story right now, not 'the swimmer.'"

Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes and Miley Cyrus are among over a dozen female artists joining forces on an unprecedented charity single for breast cancer research!

It will be available for purchase exclusively through iTunes beginning September 2, with proceeds going to the "Stand Up To Cancer" campaign. Three days later, on Friday, September 5, the women will perform the tune together on TV for the first time during a star-studded fundraising event titled Stand Up To Cancer, which will be broadcast simultaneously on ABC, CBS and NBC. Keith Urban
and wife
Nicole Kidman will be settling in their newly purchased cattle stud, Bunya Hill, outside of Sydney, Australia soon and their neighbors are ready for them.

According to Australia's Courier Mail, a flurry of recent activity at the homestead situated on the 6.5 million dollar Sutton Hill property has Southern Highlands locals excitedly preparing for Keith and Nic's arrival. One neighbor said of the famous couple moving in, "I will probably have a barbecue and drop a card in their mailbox, saying, 'Listen, if you want to meet the neighbors, come down and say hello.'"

Dierks Bentley will be joined by buddies Tim McGraw and John Rich when he hosts his third annual "Miles & Music for Kids" celebrity motorcycle ride and concert to benefit Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.

The hour-long ride, which will play out on October 5, will begin south of Nashville and end at RiverfrontPark in downtown Nashville for a concert featuring the three stars. Dierks shares, "This event has turned into one of the highlights of my year. I can't think of a better way to spend an October day in Nashville than riding motorcycles in the afternoon and playing guitars and singing with some buddies at sundown. Everyone has been so supportive, and I'm really proud of the money we've been able to raise for Vanderbilt over the last few years."

Jason Aldean is set to headline CMT's upcoming fall tour with special guest, Lady Antebellum.

Newcomer Eric Durrance will also be on the bill as the opening act. Aldean says, "It is such a surreal feeling to look behind the bus and see semi trucks with my name on them. Even as this thing grows, our fans are the same young kids that have always come out to the club shows. They come to forget about school or work or whatever and have a good time, so that's what we are going to give them!" "CMT On Tour '08: Jason Aldean" kicks off October 8 at Western Carolina University and continues through November 22. Tickets for the first weekend will go on sale August 22 at cmtontour.cmt.com and ticketmaster.com.
