Here is an actual park bench that was donated for people to enjoy.....well most people. Read the inscription on the bench.....I would love to throw my weight around on this one...lol.
I have to admit when the 2008 Summer Games started I was really not that interested...but wow!!! Michael Phelps setting an Olympic record with 8 gold medals...The USA Mens and Women's Basketall teams total domination, to FSU's Walter Dix capturing bronze in the fastest 100 meters in history to all the other outstanding athletes. It has been a great event to watch, I'm glad I didn't miss it!
Kenny Chesney got to live out the ultimate football fan's fantasy and practice with an NFL team. Kenny worked out with the New Orleans Saints ran 10-12 plays with the first team offense and fielding a 45 yard punt which helped the team get Sundays practice off.
Fan Day is such a great time....not only do we get to meet the Seminole players and coaches, we get to see and meet old and new friends. Here we are with one of are best buddies Lisa who is an absolute sweetheart and diehard Noles fan!!!!!
Fan Day 2008 was a blast here are the Seminoles getting ready to enter the Civic Center....man I can't wait for the saeson to start!!!
